Incredible India opens up 137 high Himalayan peaks for International mountaineers. Tourism is one of the fastest-growing industries in the world. There are plenty of tourist places in India, & the Himalayas have always attracted International Mountaineers. However, bureaucratic obstacles have always been an issue for foreigners planning to climb or trek in the Himalayas. At present foreigners need permission from the ministry of defence to climb or trek in any of demarcated border regions.
