Whether you are planning an epic journey or just a walk through the Woods, keep these things in mind. 1)   Never hike alone: You need to have a partner or a guide in case  You have an accident. 2) Always look at the weather forecast ahead o   of time and wear  Layers that you can remove as you’re hiking. 3) Test your gear: If you don't know how something works, it's  Useless.
