Sangchar is also the starting point of a trek to a very small but mysterious lake at an altitude of 13000 ft-The Sarkundi Lake.









The trekking route takes you from Sangchar Village to Sarkundi Lake and further on to Sarkundi pass- The 5 day trek takes you through one of the scenic destination trails in the Dhauladhar Range.
